What a night at the 2010 EFTA banquet. There were 12 teams competing in this years Trike Race.

Time trials were tight having three teams with the exact same time and fastest time being the last trike team to qualify;

Fastest time "49:31" pedaled by (#12) Troy "Kurt" Russell & Andy "Elliott" Gould of team "Hollywood".
2nd fastest time "50:62" came via (#11) Ellen "Elegant" Noble & her father Tom "Terrible" Noble of team "Be Noble".
3rd fastest time "52:25" 1st set by (#1) Nate "Bull" Dunham & Tyler "Hamilton" Whipple of team "New Generation".
4th fastest time "52:25" 2nd time set by (#3) Ernie "Shaken" Lozeau & Eric "Bacon" Bascome of team "Shake N Bake".
5th fastest time "52:25" 3rd time set by (#9) Glenn "Crash" Raiche & Ray (Smash) Webber of team "Crash Dummies".
6th fastest time "53:34" from (#8) Kyle "Bro" Clark & Taylor "Mo-Bro" Clark of team "Clark Brothers Racing".
7th fastest time "54:00" with all lady legs (#6) Shannon "Dynamo" Bloodgood & Nina "Nitro" Coleman of team "SFS".
8th fastest time "54:90" turned by (#10) Fred "Moe" Howard & Nate "Betsy" Ross of team "Team Dreauheart".
9th fastest time "56:09" fashioned by (#7) Keith (Bumpy) Feseno & Brian (Smooth) Currier of team "Team Pinnacle".
10th fastest time "57:21" run by (#4) "Bloody" Mary & "Big" John Adamik of team "Team Oldie".
11th fastest time "1:03:68" tooled by (#2) Paige "Ring-a" Roundtree and Alanna of team "Apex".
12th fastest time "1:13:28" put down by (#5) Matt "Lil Guy" Johnson & Len "Nice Guy" Earnshaw of team "5 Alive".

After listening to a semi protest from "Team Pinnacle" member Brian (Smooth) Currier calling for "split times" we moved on to the racing.

With the top four qualifiers (teams #12, #11, #1 & #3) receiving byes the remaining eight teams headed into the "Wild Trike" round.
Team (#9) "Crash Dummies" needed a gallant effort by the anchor rider to overtake team (#5) "5 Alive" for the win.
Team (#8) "Clark Brothers Racing" out classed team (#2) "Apex" to move on.
Team (#6) "SFS" had an easy time putting away team (#4) "Team Oldies" and letting the "Boys" know these "Girls" weren't fooling around.
Team (#7) "Team Pinnacle" were almost caught at the line but held on the out trike team (#10) "Team Dreauheart".

The four winning teams moved on to trike against the well rested top four qualifying teams in the Quarter final round.
Team (#12) "Hollywood" with close hard racing took it to team (#7) "Team Pinnacle" and headed to the medal round.
Team (#11) "Be Noble" in knocking off team (#6) "SFS" received a warning for rough racing by Tom "Terrible" Noble.
Team (#8) "Clark Brothers Racing" cranked out a win beating team (#1) "New Generation" going onto the medal round.
Team (#3) "Shake N Bake" shock the track with a close hard fought win over team (#9) "Crash Dummies" and moved to the medal round.

The medal rounds lived up to its billing and the trikesters proved they saved the best for the last round.
Team (#12) "Hollywood" took the 1st race beating team (#11) "Be Noble" and headed for the Gold medal with the losers headed for the Bronze.
Team (#8) "Clark Brothers Racing" beat team (#3) "Shake N Bake" in the 2nd race and headed for the Gold medal with the losers headed for the Bronze.

The Gold medal was won by team (#8) "Clark Brothers Racing" with a classic win over Silver medalist team (#12) "Hollywood".
The Bronze medal was won by team (#3) "Shake N Bake" with a close win over team (#11) "Be Noble".

Medals were presented by Katherine with timing and racing run by Dawn & Maz.
